About This Coffee

Description

In our first year of roasting, Gukas Coffee has learned so much from you our incredible customers. Our Signature Roast is a harmonious blend of our most cherished dark & medium roasts. We're excited to bring the sought-after quality and craftsmanship of our Roasters Reserve to this Signature Roast packaged in the same beloved design that has often been sold out.

How to Prepare and Enjoy

Brewing Method: Choose your preferred brewing method – be it a drip coffee maker, French press, or pour-over.

Grind: For optimal flavour extraction, grind your coffee beans to your desired coarseness just before brewing.

Water Temperature: Use water heated to around 200°F (93°C) – right off the boil – to unlock the coffee's full potential.

Coffee-to-Water Ratio: Start with 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water, adjusting to your taste preference.

Brewing Time: Allow the coffee to steep for 3-4 minutes, ensuring a well-balanced extraction.

Savour the Experience: As you pour the brewed coffee into your favourite mug, inhale the aromatic bouquet that tells the story of Kenyan landscapes. Take a moment to enjoy the initial burst of berry notes, followed by a smooth and satisfying finish.

Enhance the Flavour: To accentuate the coffee's innate characteristics, pair your with a light pastry or a fresh fruit medley.
