Our Roaster's Reserve Coffee blend represents the artistry and craftsmanship of our roasters, showcasing their dedication to sourcing exceptional beans, blending them thoughtfully, and creating a coffee that stands out.

By roasting on order and in extra small batches we ensure our customers always get a fresh roast to their specific preferences.

Guka's Coffee, Roasters Reserve is our specialty blend, crafted with specific attention to sourcing high-quality beans and achieving a distinct flavour profile.

How to Prepare and Enjoy

Brewing Method: Choose your preferred brewing method – be it a drip coffee maker, French press, or pour-over.

Grind: For optimal flavour extraction, grind your coffee beans to your desired coarseness just before brewing.

Water Temperature: Use water heated to around 200°F (93°C) – right off the boil – to unlock the coffee's full potential.

Coffee-to-Water Ratio: Start with 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water, adjusting to your taste preference.

Brewing Time: Allow the coffee to steep for 3-4 minutes, ensuring a well-balanced extraction.

Savour the Experience: As you pour the brewed coffee into your favourite mug, inhale the aromatic bouquet that tells the story of Kenyan landscapes. Take a moment to enjoy the initial burst of berry notes, followed by a smooth and satisfying finish.

Enhance the Flavour: To accentuate the coffee's innate characteristics, pair your with a light pastry or a fresh fruit medley.
